Ingredients

Pasta with Meat Sauce

  • 1 packet Shirataki Noodles (2 servings in packet)
  • 3 ounces ground beef
  • 1 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

Pasta with Meat Sauce

  • Dry off Shirtaki noodles with a paper towel.
  • Heat noodles in a pan over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes.
  • Heat 3-5 ounces of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and add the cream cheese, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Combine well.
  • Add water to meat to create a sauce consistency.
  • Top the noodles with the meat sauce and enjoy!
